ADS Returns:

Our refund policy is simple, in advertising campaigns you will not be eligible for this refund policy, since the ads are in circulation, and every time a user generates an ad within the website, the monetized channels begin to generate profits, for which in this regard a return policy will not be valid.

Returns Donations:

Our refund policy, for Donations to content creators, unfortunately does not apply to this option either, since all donations go directly to the PayPal of each channel, so NeptuPlay does not obtain any benefit from said transaction.

Purchase Returns:

When you generate a purchase within the NeptuPlay platform, as long as it is not a digital product that a channel is selling, you can initiate a dispute by contacting our technical support: support@neptuplay.com , who will initiate the corresponding investigations, to determine if said product or transaction, did not comply with our policies.

It is worth mentioning that if for any reason you make a wrong purchase, that is: if you made a transaction that you were not aware of or sure of purchasing, our support will be able to support you, as long as this does not cause inconvenience or the seller did not send the product.
